Q: Why hasn't my item arrived yet?
A: Delivery takes an estimated 1-4 weeks for your products to arrive. If you haven’t received your order after 4 weeks of your order please contact us using out contact page.



Q: Is OneClickElectronics safe?
A: We process all our orders through verified secured websites. We are just as concerned about your information as you are.



Q: Where does OneClickElectronics get their products?
A: We get our products from our warehouse in China. Our products are shipped directly to you saving you money.



Q: Can I get a discount on an order?
A: We run promotions every once in a while giving you a discount code to use on checkout. If you search the web you should be able to find some discount codes. If you buy in bulk we can work out a bulk order. If you are going to make a bulk order, please contact us using our contact form.



Q: What does the warranty cover?

Q: Do you accept refunds?
