Limited Warranty:
If you have received a missing or defective product you are obligated to receive a replacement for the same product that is missing or defective. This is covered under the Terms & Conditions of OneClickElectronics. To receive your replacement product please follow the instructions below.
For defective products:
If you received an item and it is defective please contact us using our contact page. Please explain your situation and what is wrong with the item so we can assist you. Make sure you include exact product name displayed on the website, the name of the person who ordered the item, the date of purchase, and what is defective about your product. You may contact us using our contact page; the link is located on the bottom of every page.
For missing items:
If you have not yet received your order and you believe it is missing please contact us using our contact page. Shipping takes an estimated 1-4 weeks and if you haven’t received your order exceeding 5 weeks please contact us and we will check out your order. We will contact you back with all your order info and if necessary we will ship you a replacement. If you contact us please include your name, the products that were ordered, and the date you placed your order.
